The From Learning to Work Report provides mission-critical information that enables major employers to develop highly effective recruitment campaigns based on the unique interests and expectations of their target candidates on campus.
Conducted annually since 2004, the From Learning to Work Report is an unprecedented and comprehensive career-related study benchmarking the opinions of tomorrow’s leaders, based on an online survey of over 25,000 university and college students from across Canada each year.
Subscribing employers benefit from a fully-customized in-depth analysis of their target candidates as defined by such criteria as area of study; industry preference; gender and other diversity criteria; and a wide array of other screening options. Employers also receive specific insights into the unique characteristics of those students who identify them as an employer of choice.
The report provides critical information on students’ career interests, attitudes, and outlooks on employment as well as insights into where students gather information and who influences their employment decisions.
From Learning to Work 2010 will help employers develop more effective programs to attract, recruit, and retain young talent:
In addition to a customized report, clients also benefit from a live presentation of the results and facilitated discussion of the implications for their organization. This helps to bring the “data to life” and give it an appropriate context in the evolving campus recruitment marketplace.
